Cell C debits account even though they can't provide service

Cell C must be the worst service provider in SA. First they advertise that they've got coverage every where, as per their advert currently running. We had 3 days cover as per previous complaints I sumbitted on Hello Peter. Their router everything was returned and they were notified of same. Yet they keep debiting our *** we let slide, now a futher R648 for what? They don't have signal in Vaalmarina and now want to make out like we cancelled the contract? IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICE, WHY MUST I PAY?????
