Cell C Debits

<p>My contract with Cell C expired on the 21st August 2016 and my cellphone was converted to prepaid since. To my disappointment, my contract was debited on the 31-08-16 for the sum of R 252-07 . My monthly charges were debited in advanced from my account, i fail to understand why my account was debited when payment for August 2016 was debited on the 30 July 2016 for R 252-07. I have made several calls and have been transferred from department to department and have received no explanation to my debit. Kindly credit my savings account for the sum of R 252-07 as my contract was canceled and I am not liable or indebted to Cell C for any amounts outstanding . I had ported my cell number as I did not benefit further from Cell C therefore I am not liable to Cell C for the sum of R 252-07. </p>
