CELL C DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITH EXTRA MONIES

Good day <br> Shocking but not surprising...... this the response to my alleged bill in arrears when I have been trying to resolve the fact that CELL C has been *******ly debiting my account with more to all my numerous attempts & visits to various branches. <br> Till today I am waiting on the branch manager of your N1 city branch to call me regarding the disrespectful & undignified manner in which the staff address my frustration. I had in fact asked them in all if somebody took money out of their account if they too would laugh ... as every single staff member in store found the matter funny. Stopping the debit order seems to be the only way I can get my money back as the customer service, call centres & branches I have taken the time to visit could not care about the service nor the fact that my monies was taken without my authorization. I have an file full of notes re all my attempts as well as dates & references relating to this matter & have taken the liberty to attach some of the correspondence I have mailed off .. to date there has been ZERO response to this. I have noted customer service was copied in attached email & still no response.. only entrenching my consumer rights.
