Cell C debiting my account for accounts paid off in 2015.

<p>Cell C are slow and ***********! i paid off three of my Cell C accounts in October 2015 and yet to this date (7-20-2016) Cell C are still debiting my bank account for the one contract ********** 621. i expect cell c to pay back the money owed to me since October 2015 to the current date! I am highly dissapointed with jose fulane and reklabile matsile from both retentions and billing departments. Poor customer service along with lazy efforts to even to contact me via two of my cell phone numbers or email in order to resolve this. Cell C are a terrible telecomunications company that have no values or morals. how can these managers and bosses even allow this kind of service! what are you being paid for! I expect a promt response as i am phoning the ombudsman.</p>
