CELL C DEBITING EVEN CONTRACT HAS LAPSED

<p>good day</p> <p>i had a cell c account that reached its 24 months term in 2014 since then cell c has been debiting my account and i will go to the branch and cancel as well as phone cell c but they do not stop this debit orders.</p> <p>they even change a bank debit order reference number when they send the debit order through so that it can go. the bank is only able to stop certain amounts but are unable to stop the debit order reference.</p> <p>i tried phoning them and asking them for statement of my cellphone transctions but to date they cannot give me that so that i can understand why they keep on debiting me. i have never even riceived any airtime or free minute talk time as promised by them. i do not even have that sim card anymore.</p> <p>please assist because if they try to debit and there are no funds in my account, the bank charge me for dishonouring debit amount. and i cannot keep on reversing this.</p>
