CELL C DEBITING ACCOUNT *******LY

I had a contract with cell c in 2014 and it ended in 2016. Last year cell c started debiting my account again in october of 2020 and this terrible experience started. I started calling cell c and received no help, the consultants are ***********, I have called and spoken to over 10 consultants no one can tell me who activated the contract again, I've been to the cell c store in east rand mall the manager Mirriam also did not do much to help me, she wanted proof from me of when the contract was cancelled, when I asked her is the fact that my account has not been debited for 4 years not proof enough that the contract was cancelled, today I called again and spoke to Karabo on the cell c call center line when I asked to speak to a team leader she dropped the call on me, so my conclusion is if you have had a contract with cell c and they still have your account details expect to be debited, because cell c has decided the way they are going to survive the pandemic is by *****ing money from their previous contract holders accounts by just debiting your account, cos this is what happened to me and CELL C REFUSES TO STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM
