Cell C debiting account

Hi. I would like to express my concern regarding Cell C. My father passed away in 2020 and since then cell c has been trying to still debit bank account. I was told to visit numerous branches to have them send through the death certificate in order to stop the payments from being taken. I was even told to send through the death certificate numerous times to different departments and have never received a response. Up to this day, cell c is still trying to deduct the money from the account. Over the past 2 years, cell c has taken up bee R5000 or even more, roughly estimating, from the account itself. I’ve had enough of this stupid network. Every single month payments are still being deducted. It’s been over two years and quite honestly, this is way beyond being ridiculous at this point. I am sick and tired of @CellC. I will never ever take up a contract with this pathetic company again. Please refrain from using them. They have no structure. My father has been with cellc for over 20 years and this is how they treat their customers. Absolutely disgusting.
