Cell C debited money from my account after closing contract

<p>I terminated my contract with Cell C in May. I paid a sum of R801 on the 17th of May which was for the remaining 3 months of my contract. I called in and spoke to their consultants who confirmed receiving that money saying it does reflect on their system. To my surprise, I was debited R834 from my account on the 15th of June. I called in several times, spoke to a lot of consultants and it seems like at the end of the day no progress is being made. Does Cell c seriously think people have monies in our accounts just waiting for them to debit anytime they feel like it and without permission? this inconvenienced me a lot as I'm now in arrears with my insurance company. They keep sending me pillar to post. its almost a month and I haven't been paid back my money. i want my money back and i want it as in yesterday.</p>
