Cell C debit orders

Not taking my debit orders on the assigned date. Not taking my debit orders at all some months with money in my account. Service consultant admitted they're having problems with their systems. Not my problem. Problem is now they gonna come after 3 months and tell you you owe them 3000 before activation. Who's got 300 these days to pay all at once. I held up my part of the contract and now they're making their problem mine. Very poor service.
