Cell C debit orders

Hi, My issue is still not resolved after Cellc called me to get the store number I was calling from. I went to the store an the number I used to call from that store to cancel is‭(084) ********** ‬ which I used to cancel the contract November 2017. After the reversal of money the debited on the 1st of April they went debited me again on the 14th of this month which they told me they won’t debit my account an will refund me. Even today on the 1st of May I got a debit order notification Can you assist
