Cell C - debit order not being cancelled

My interaction with Cell C on the 29th smacked of utter incompetency, so it comes as no surprise that another debit order was processed on 30 September. Dealt with a host of companies as part of a pending emigration exercise, not a single issue apart from Cell C, diabolical from the start and still ongoing. Be warned, once these parasites have taken hold of your bank account is near impossible to get rid of them.
