Cell c debit order money making scheme
I lost my job in2021 and I contacted cell c to get inform them about this It is now 2023 and they still deducting every month with insufficient funds in my account I spoke to a consultant who told me the pay method on file was cash but debit order still goes off making my cell c bill accumulate r70extra every month due to no insufficient my bill went from 5k to 17k in2years Can someone please help

13 Apr 2023, 17:17After so called investigations cell c representative Nonlanhla advises that even though I submitted the documents they requested they still can’t stop the debit order as per telephonic conversation even though I receive no source of income. Cell c has been giving me monthly top ups of data and voice minutes just so that they can increase my bill.
Question how do u send monthly airtime and data to someone who reported that they are no longer working? How do u expect them to pay? Is this reckless credit granting ? In the month of may 2022 invoice was 7k and in the month of April 2023 in escalated to a astonishing 17k all because of a debit order or account that can not be stopped
Please help with further steps to take
