CELL C DEBIT ORDER *****

I had a Cell C contract on number *** (account number: ***9) The contract was cancelled last year 2020. I still have random amounts debit orders that go off my account. Last year a debit order was disputed and reversed at FNB after the contract was cancelled. On the 27th of February 2021 another debit order for the amount R682 went off my account. Again I had to contact FNB to stop and reverse this debit order. This is costing me bank fees every time. Please confirm that this contract was cancelled and cancel the Debit Order on your side. I consider this ***** and will take the matter further if I don’t get a confirmation that everything was cancelled.
