Cell C Debit Order Dispute

I have been trying to get my query responded to since May 2021. I had a data contract with Cell C and canceled it last year July 2020, I was told my contract will be canceled in August 2020 after my last payment which went off the 1st of August 2020. May 2021 I got a debit order for R41.61 for a service I do not have with cell c any longer, and a debit order was never authorized by me. I reversed it and called the call center straight away to query the debit order, I went into a cell C store on the 31st of July 2021 to find out why i'm still being debit ordered, no one could give me answers, i was told that i would receive feedback in 48 working hours, nothing. I kept calling Cell C call center where no one can assist me with the query, and they refuse to escalate my query to the accounts department. Cell C has now put me onto the credit bureau for R41.61 and I am trying to find out why. I called the call center last week Wednesday and was told that number that was for that contract cannot be found on their system or under my ID number. I need to buy a call but this information on this credit bureau is hampering that! This is the worst service i have ever received! No one has ever called me, yet my contact number is listed. I have now opened a case again Cell C as I am not getting any help to resolve this.
