Cell c debit order

I received an sms from.Cell c stating that my debit order for December would be done on 21st. I then called them and told them to leave my debit order to be the same date it normally comes off. They were supposed to make a note in the system to leave it be. Alot of people only get paid at the end of the month. There service stinks.
