Cell C debit order

I have a terrible experience with cell c after being their loyal client for many years, they simply suspended my contract, when i queried it cell c said they terminated my contract without informing me. I queried my suspension they told me that my account was in arrears and it was a debit order that was going through my FNB credit card account , i asked them to debit my credit card for the outstanding amount, which they said they will do, after a week i queried again with cell c and the consultant said that my payment method had been changed to cash , but i never asked to change my payment method to cash ,it was done without my consent , yet the consultant prior to her said to me that everything is fine after contacting her manager. I raised this with the consultant and she said me that she does not know why the other consultant said that it was ok...It seems that the consultants and their managers are not in sync with each other. I am now sitting with no service
