Cell C Debit Money **********ly

This is the second time im posting this about Cell C. The first time was last week & they said they would phone back after Hello Peter contacted them but still they havent. They took money off my account at the end of March for a ********** contract that was cancelled on 04.02.2015 already & now im struggeling to get my money back. They keep saying they investigating but this contract in question was cancelled 2 months ago & yet they still debited money from my account. Now im being treated as a ********. They keep saying that the contract was cancelled but yet they still took from my account. They just dont care & this is now becoming a real problem as all i want to do now is swear at however answers the phone in the Call centre because they just send me from one department to another & back to the call centre again & no-one helps. They dont even care that i reported this to Hello Peter. They are just the WORST NETWORK. How is it possible that nothing gets done to them for just taking my money. They made a mistake by opening a contract without my knowledge & now im running around trying to get my money back. ***
