Cell C Deal of the day is a ****

I'm very disappointed with Cell C and what they claim to be the deal of the day. I buy lots of data every now and again and hence want a good deal. So I dialed *147# and saw the deal of the day, option 5 (2 July 2022) which said 100GB valid for 6 mom @ R549. I took the bait, it being the deal of the day because on the normal data, they were offering 50GB+ 50GB free nite data @ R549. So I obviously went for the 100GB data because I'm not a nite time data user. To my dismay, I got the latter. So I called Cell C and spoke to a Thato who, after enquiry from her supervisor I'm assuming, told me that the deal of the day and the normal data were the same, even though the wording is totally different and implies different offers. So in short, I was just supposed to take it as it is yet I was baited into believing I was getting a good deal for the day. Now I'm sitting with so much nite data that I won't even use yet I never intended to purchase it. Cell C, you need to stop tricking your customers because this is ****************. A deal should be what it should be and not a ****.
