Cell C deal not legit Warranty is not there at all

I'm on contract which is still on 13 of 24months the phone gave me problems I booked it in for repairs knowing it's still under warranty. To my surprise they can't fix the phone before I make a payment of 3900.00 This phone was not damaged but it started glitching. So I must now pay for a phone which is not working for another 11 months.
