Cell C "Deal match": A load of nonsense and 'manage-less' managers

I have been a Cell C customer for 10 years and wanted to upgrade my phone but still keep my contract on a prepaid package as has been the case for the past 10 years. When i spoke to their upgrade division, their prices was a bit on the steep side but i was informed that they offer a "Deal Match" option, so if another provider offers the same phone for a lower price that they would match it. Apparently not so. I went back to them with two different service providers contract options (that i mailed to them) on the same phone that was way cheaper than what they were willing to offer me. I was then told that they could not "Deal Match" but only offer me their original ridiculously over priced package. After that I asked to speak to the supervisors' manager, but was told that he left for the day at 16:30 and then I asked for his email address which they also refused to give to me because the gentleman at customer care (upgrades) will get into trouble should he divulge that detail. This all has been going on for a week and every time i ask to speak to a manager, the manager who ever he is, was always busy, not there or in a meeting and never returned any of my calls. Well this is unacceptable. So basically Cell C is telling me to go over to the other service providers, after being a loyal client of theirs for the last 10 years. So in short, Their "Deal Match" option is just a load of nonsense.
