Cell C deactivates cell phone numbers with no notice!

Good day Cell C team,

I have had just good service from this network provider, however, I do have a problem now which is why the rating is low - this is for this specific matter.

A few months ago I requested numbers which I obtained for an education centre which I am a part of. Five of these cell numbers have been deactivated because it hasn't been used apparently. The thing is, I have reported a network problem in the area where I am staying and I was told and therefore under the impression that this is to be sorted out. In the meantime I have never received an SMS informing me that the numbers are about to be deactivated. The network is at some places non-existent.

My query is this: I would really like to get these numbers back. It has already cost me to purchase the SIM cards for these numbers to be assigned to me. The other problem I have is that Cell C now says that these numbers were never registered under my name and that there is only one number under my name, which is not true.

Please advise on how these numbers can be retrieved as planning has already went into using these numbers. I am adding the reference number to the network fault that was reported below in the additional information tab.
