Cell C Deactivated My Number for NO REASON

After my payment relief was approved, 3 months after I initially app**** for it. They stated it took long because no one saw it. Cell C suspended my account twice, as well as completely deactivating my number. Leaving me with no service. I am a 22 year old female, I drive alone. If there was an emergency on the road or anywhere I would not be able to contact anyone because cell c completely deactivated my number without my consent. When I queried as to why this had happened, they stated that it was done by accident due to lack of communication within the system. They have also said they cannot reactivate my number immediately because no one is working on the weekend therefore leaving me with no service (No incoming, outgoing calls, messages or emergency calls) for 4 days. I am completely shocked with the service I have received. I am still waiting on cell c to communicate with me and fix this problem urgently as it’s a matter of safety if there was an emergency.
