Very bad services. Get sms stating i am due to upgrade, wasting my time and petrol to drive in to upgrade, just to hear i can not upgrade. Want to cancel my one contract with immediate effect, telling me i must pay then R1219 then they will cancel my contract. I don't own them anything and both contracts paod in full. Phoning the help desk, speak to a lady consultant, then pit the phone down in my ear.
