Cell C

I've recently commented about and wrote to Cell C with respect to their "Spin & Win" competition. I've since been contacted more than once by a very competent & helpful Ms Thabisile Ngcobo. The problem is still ongoing and Ms Ngcobo promised to resolve the problem.
