Cell C

The service lately at Cell C has deteriorated to such an extent that I have to cancel my account. It has taken nearly 1 year to sort out my account, payments are not allocated to your account. You constantly get threats of disconnection even though you have sent proof of payments. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. Spoke to a gentleman at Cell C Cancellations and went through the security questions asking my name, ID and bank - I give all these details and I am promptly told I have given the incorrect details - REALLY - a name and an ID number that I have had for more than 50 years.
