Cell C- ****************! Roll over unused data now means your data tariff increases and you end up finishing all your and having to load more.

As per my monthly data sim contract I used to receive 5 gigs plus and additional 5 gigs data to use during the day and the same at night. previously I used to only finish about 3 gigs of that data and the rest wasn't carried over the following month. Since July I receive the same amount of data but now everything gets finished due to the tariff increase and since there is supposed to be the data carry over option to consumers now the increased tariffs make certain that your data is wiped every month and you have to start reloading data to further get through the month. Cell C is a pathetic company with call centre agents that make you feel like pulling your hair out. It's so amazing how the data finishes like wildfire spreading ever since the roll over of unused data is put into place. As for all the different night , day, anytime, inclusive, bundle and whatever other umbrella they have under these data damn breakdowns are just there to confuse the world. Service sucks! Product Plans Suck! Data Rates Suck! Cell C Sucks! Loyal customers get no Rewards. I can't wait to be rid of you! There isn't a time that I called your customer care or went to your store that I have ever had a good experience.
