Cell C **************** continued

Spend a total of 5 hours in Cell C store today.

Cell C can decide to allocate payments to any of your three cell phone accounts that have separate debit order that runs each month.

They cannot however recon all your accounts before all accounts are up to date.

Cell C don't know what they are doing. They made an accounting error and double charged me the one month and since then I had to pay the price.

Payed over R1900 in banking costs so far. Went without food for a weekend. They added penalty fees every time a debit order hoppèd because of their incompetence. There is so many unessasary costs on that accounts because they made a mistake on my account and did not listen to me
