Good day, I took my tablet to Cell C to repairs (contract with warranty). Only to be called this week I was called to come fetch the tablet. Only to be told that I had to pay R700 before it could be released. There was no quotation and no one called to say there would be money due after repairs. This is day light ******* Cell C. I would not advise anyone to stay on this network.

We will get someone to look into this matter and assist. This is how its done at the repairs, the device is assessed then based on the findings a decision is taken whether there is a need to replace, refund or repair. If the device needs to be repaired a quotation is sent to the customer to accept or reject, if the customer accepts then the device is repaired.
