Cell C - Daylight *******

Having duly given 30 days notice for the cancellation of one of my contracts with Cell C on 11 March 2024 the contract was to expire on 11 April 2024 which it did. However, my current bill shows that I owe Cell C for the full month of April (30 days) for that contact even thought only 11 days should be billed. When enquiring this with Cell C I was told that the billing was done on 1 April 2024 for the full month so I must just pay for the whole month of April. I have only had services for 11 days. Cell C was informed of the cancellation on 11 March 2024 so why could this not have been loaded pro rata? Its disgusting how companies get away with these kinds of things. I am looking forward to the day when all my contracts are teminated with this company. It is just daylight ******* and I have been a loyal customer of Cell C for over 15 years. Thanks for nothing!
