Cell c day light *******!!!!

Dissappointed in cell c.... i went to a cell c store in april 2 cancel my contract the consultant name Suveer assisted me and told me he cancelled it and my last debit will be end May.... come June i get debited again by cell c, i went to the cell c store only to be told it was not cancelled , he only put a limit on my account the guy i dealt with has since left work. They contact cell c head office the lady cancels my contract, i get a sms confirming that. I then contact them to confirm if July will be the last debit only to be told that il still be debit the full amount end August even though the contract will be terminated 2 August. I have not used the contract sim card from May 15 coz i was told the contract will be terminated on that date. You guys are unproffesional and very rude and the worst network ever and you guys are debiting me R200 yet that is my limit but I am not even using the sim card and I normally pay R150. So who is using it all that data for it to go to R200.
