Cell c data sim
This is the worst organisation i have dealt with worldwide when i had enquiries. I purchased a 200gig data bundle which strangely lasted me for a few months. I queried this and was sent a usage report. There is a strange usage of 20480 kilo bytes appearing regurlarly on the report which cell consultant cannot tell me what it is. There is no ip address as well. I will not take another data sim from cell c as i believe i have been ******.

I responded for Theodorah to contact me but an automated mail has come saying he is on leave till February.
Once again, this should have been followed up with me but ignored by cell c. 2 gigs of data being charged every 39 seconds should be a concern by cell c to rectify such case. I await feedback.

Kindly note that i am yet to receive feedback on this issue. I have come to a conclusion. I have previously spent in excess of R100000 on my cell c bills. I will certainly migrate all my current contracts to another provider once my contract expires.
