Cell C Data Renewal ****
I renewed my contract 3x. I have 2 contract retention or renewal agreement but still charges me out of contract rate.
This happens every times contract is due for upgrade. Staffs are unprofessional. The basically don't care if i stay or leave. Worse company to have a phone contract with

Although the upgrade contract was sent to you in June 2025, the upgrade was not processed because the debit check mandate was not approved at that time. The upgrade was subsequently cancelled as a result. You confirmed that you did not receive the debit check mandate previously.
We have since contacted you and assisted with processing the upgrade as requested, and you have now accepted the debit check mandate. A credit of R226.00 has been requested to adjust the charges for the full amounts billed in July and August.

I wish the over 10 - 15 other staffs i spoke to can be trained to be like you guys.
