Cell C Data purchase not loaded, but funds debited to credit card

This morning I bought R25.00 Data and Whats App from my Cell C App to get me through the next week. I approved on bank App, no data and no what's App!! I even requested an invoice - no invoice. This is not the first time, on 27th February same story, purchased R25.00 data and Whats App. It was never uploaded. I went into Cell C in Crest, explained and was told go speak to your bank you have not purchased, noghjng on uour profile, but i have R25 allocated yo Cell C on my credit card account. I tried again today, phoned through to customer Services, the lady was very nice abd very sorry, but could not assist me, suggested I restart my phone. Has my Cell C account been hacked? Where is my Data going if I am paying for it. I have been a Cell C customer since they began but when my account comes up for renewal I'm going elsewhere.
