Cell C data not working

Since migrating to Cell C's 2gb pinnacle contract I have been unable to get my phone to connect via this data. I have swapped my sim cards and entered Cell C's settings numerous times. I have also logged a few complaints which were to be escalated. Cell C you need to come right.
