CELL C data not reflecting immediately after it being purchased

what is going on with CELL C. since last week - when you buy airtime/data ; the airtime doesnt go off immediately . it only reflects the following day ?

this happened to me when i was buying data last week @ about 19:00pm and happened now again. i bought data yesterday and i am still waiting for the data to reflect and recieve a confirmation sms

its really pathetic especially when you need data immediately

I CALLED INTO YOUR CALL CENTER AND YOUR AGENTS HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT WHEN A CUSTOMER BUYS DATA WE MUST WAIT FOR IT FOR 24 HOURS !!! IS THIS really how cell c treats their customers? ????????? i am disgusted beyond believe i want my data reflecting today - i dont want to hear about investigations that to be done the data i bought and paid for - i want what i paid for on my phone TODAY !!!

I am not interested in speaking to any agent - because clearly the agents working for cell c are not helpful based on the response i recieved as per above. i just want the data i paid for to reflect cause that is what i paid for there is nothing to discuss or go back and forth about. I paid for something - i want what i paid for . SIMPLE!
