Cell C data gone - again!!!

<p>Once again I have run out of data, despite not using it all. The attached documents show my data usage since 6 January which is as follows: 70+916+755mb=1,74gb peak time data and 8+211+16560mb=16,78gb off-peak data. I am supposed to get 5+15gb per month so how I managed to use 16,78gb off-peak data is anyones’ guess but my problem is the peak time data; I definitely did not use 3.26gb between 1 January and 5 January, so where was this used??? 3.26gb is the balance of 5 minus the 1,74gb for which I have records.</p>
