cell c data disappearing this morning

i have loaded data 3 times this morning and with each attempt this data has literally disappeared in less than 10 mins Normally this data would last a whole day!

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AT CELL C!!

ITS GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY

I WANT TO BE REFUNDED PLEASE !!!
