Cell C data deal

I had a sim card deal with Cell C, everything was great up until I request cancellation before the 15/07/2021 and I was told that I will have to serve a calendar month notice. Which actually means that since my debit order date was on the 25th of every month, they will debit my account again on the 25/07/2021 for which I will be serving a calendar month notice.

To my surprise, they debited my account again on the 25/08/2021. I called their call centre and spoke with Azwi Mukwevho, who said that he will log a case for refund and the turn around time was 2 working days(it is currently the 6th working days today).

This people tell me that I called to cancel on the 25/08/2021 while this day was the effective date for cancellation. I requested cancellation before the 15th of July 2021.

All I need the money that they debited.....
