cell c data contract mess up.
upgraded my cell c data contract beginning of March 2015 to a 10 gig anytime AND nite data (20 gig in total) contract for R449 a month. been a stuff up ever since. now for some reason I've lost 10 gig of nite time data because the contract only took effect today? so effectively paying for 10 gig at R449!!! yesterday i still had the full 20 gig. absolutely shocking with the service and information and lack thereof. cell c should seriously consider training staff correct and informatively.
