Cell C data Contract

I have had a cell c data contract for almost 7 years now but did not renew my contract this year. I have been getting 10gigs (5gig night and 5 gig anytime). Early this year I noticed I was no longer receiving the night data, when I called, I was told it was a special, so it came to an end. That was done without my concern and I'm still paying the same amount of money. In April this year my debit order increased from R99 to R 229 without my knowledge, I did not renew the contract and I'm still receiving 5gig data. When I called, I was told it was ***** I need to go to the police station and make an affidavit stating that I did not renew my contract. I asked if I will be refunded my money the agent said no so decided to reverse the debit order as I was not going to the police station while some Cell C employee lives off me as this is an internal job. I have getting notification that my account will be suspended. I paid R250 today and called cell c to cancel my contract, so I won't be billed for this month. I was told they cannot cancel the contract as it for one year, it will end in 2025, the same contract I did not renew. I'm so sick of Cell C poor service. I will escalate this further to NCC.
