Cell C Data Contract
Good day.
I have been having constant issues with my data contract with Cell C. I have logged numerous tickets and nothing is being done about it. The sim does not pick up a signal on the router and I have explained this previously but nothing is being done to resolve this. I have to put the sim card into my phone and it still does not work continuously. I have to keep restarting my phone because the network keeps dropping,it seems that the network usage is being throttled. Month on month, large amounts of data is being rolled over because I cannot get a signal. I have family members who use cell c in my household that have no issue with internet connectivity so it's not the network. This is daylight ******* and I'm done taking this nonsense from you'll. I will not be paying for this service until it's resolved.
Below are the ticket references that have been logged. Thus should've been resolved by the second instance. Once again you show the country why no one chooses cell c, pathetic post sale service however the fist to debit an account. You consultants sold me this contract after checking coverage however this does not seem the case since I cannot get data connection.
