Cell C Data bundle bought but not received

My Partner Dirk van der Merwe logged a complaint with Cell C on 5 December 2019 about paying R1 099 to buy a data bundle. He did not receive the data nor have they resolved the issue after several calls/visiting Cell C. We gave the proof of payment again on 02 Jan 2020. An amount of R1 099 was paid into *** from Capitec. We also requested invoice several times. No refund or data bundle was received. Nor do they contact us to resolve the issue

Yes Cell C this is the same answer we received every time we visited the shop at N1 City. They showed us emails, but it is not good enough we want to be refunded or get our data bundle that we paid for
