CELL C DATA

Cell c is ****, tell me why we buy data with airtime , they take our money and never load the data. i bought R40 airtime and they gave me bonus data and what not, after that i bought immediatly 3G of data using my airtime. it said it was loaded, it was around 7:30. in around 8;00 am i received an sms saying my data is depleted. i check and data was on 0kb . i called the call center and consultant confirmed that the data is depleted i gave her my story and said she can confirm that they have an issue and this will be resolved i should call after 30 min, i did spoke to another consultant told me that she can not do anything my data is depleted i used it with the airtime i loaded, cell c overcharge us and when they have issues they never tell their client but benefit from our money. i want my money back.,
