Cell C damaging my credit profile

Worst service, I took out 2 contacts I called in on the 1st of may for cancellation notice but was told to call 19 May 2022 and 01 June 2022 and I called accordingly and was told I will be invoiced until my contacts ends I understood, I was billed R675 in June then on the 25 June I paid R700 then in July I was invoiced R175 the I paid that but to my surprise I get a massage and a call from VVM saying that Cell C has handed me over. This damaging my credit profile and the account was not even behind because I was only supposed to pay the account on the 25th of July
