Cell C damages phone instead of repairing.

it is such a shame that till this day, we have not been contacted buy Cell c to even acknowledge receiving our complains, instead of fixing the speaker problem on a phone they give a quote on the cracked LCD, and claim that the phone is water damaged, when returning the phone it does not switch on or off but when we sent it in for repairs it was working perfectly. we have asked Cell C FOR call recording of all the conversation to allow us to lodge a formal complaint with ICASA AND THE NCC but Cell c Has refused to give us these recoding's, they claimed that they will send them to the stores but to date they have not sent those recording. I WANT TO URGE ALL CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM CELL C, Do not be fooled by their adverts that promise you free talk time, text and data... STAY AWAY FROM THIS NETWORK PROVIDER,
