Cell C damages phone instead of repairing.

on March 11 2015 I called your customer care department to report a fault on my phone, I did not go to a cell c shop. I explained to the customer service consultant that my phone has a speaker problem, I can not hear callers but they can hear me. I explained to her that the everything else on the phone is working the bottom of the screen is slightly cracked but the phone switches on and off, it charges well, sends and receives text messages well, takes picture and videos correctly, the main problem is the 2 way conversation, I can not hear callers but they can hear me.<br> my phone was collected by Ram at festival mall on 12 March 2015. when the phone was collected is had a screen lock code which I did not know how to remove. I asked the Ram guy is he could help but he could not but he witnessed that my phone was in a working condition. I used the Blue tooth on the phone to transfer the last bit of my photo albums in his presence.<br>
