CELL C Damaged goods

cell c offered me a laptop and router deal telephonically on the 12/03/2019 and i accepted the offer and it was delivered to me on the 14/03/2019 the laptop was not in a good condition, there is a funny noise coming from the speaker the keyboard is faulty and the touch pad is faulty and the router is not connecting i have reported this to them within 7 days but they haven't collected the laptop and the router till date, i went to the nearest cell c branch but i didn't get assist they told me they cant assist me because i got the deal online i dont know what to do anymore i have reported several time but no luck funny enough they debiting money every month for things i cant even use. i dont know what to do know
