There was a ***** which was done under my name with cell c contracts in 2022 the debited amount of money from account twice then I reverse it then they called me and said that I have a contract with them when I ask what contract for they said cellphone then I asked them who signed for that contact and where was the foun delivered they didn't give me the answer for the person who was sign they only told me that the phone was delivered to Pitermarizburg I don't even know where Pitermarizburg is I have no contract phone I stay in Gauteng then they advised me to send avidavity and copy of identification with my signature then I did send those documents they promised to close the account after the investigations with a duration of one month the account is still active today they took me to credit bereu I cannot be able to open account in bank now due to that matter please assist me in this matter
