Bought a cell c data bundle, when you try to load the voucher it says 'does not exist' Cell c customer service cant or wont help to get voucher loaded, they just say voucher doesnt say whether its active or not. No help whatsoever. Done with cell c, third time its happened

01 Oct 2024, 14:54The worst service! No one is helping keep sending me back and forth. Absolutely no customer service from Cell c or the Flash company providing the vouchers. Very unhappy, no wonder its the worst network in the country

01 Oct 2024, 16:07So it seems you first have to loose your temper before you actually get helped. Data bundle was refunded with airtime. Why couldn't I have been helped in this manner before today and only after posting numerous bad reviews. Had been struggling since 25 September. My opinion of Cell c remains the same.
