Cell C

My account has been sent to Cell c legal department. The amount I owed them I payed it with 2months. After paying I then requested for a payed up letter as I was advised from cell c customer care line I should provide them with a payed up letter. I contacted the Cell c legal department since well they were contacting me. I requested a paid up letter from them.. I was told it takes 7 -14 days to get the letter but it's almost 3 months now that I am waiting for the letter. The consultant from the legal department then told me that the case has been escalated several times and also that maybe it's slow due to covid.

I am honestly not happy with service I am getting from Cell C as a whole.
